Error after new windows install

I had inventor 10 up and running until i did a fresh install of windows. I keep getting this window.

If i ignore it it finishes the install with succes, but when i start the program i get this error screen again and it doesn't start inventor. I also get this error log

I hope someone can help or advise me where to go to with this problem. Tanx in advance!!!
