Have you called the manufacturer or his representative?
I do not know this machine , but on a large number of CNC press brakes when the machine is first turned on the X and Y axis have to calibrated. See if you can find and enable the calibration modes on the machine. Sometimes if the machine has been newly installed one of the rams may have dropped in shipping requiring it to be jacked into position before the machine will enable. When all else fails call the manufacturer.
