I am looking for an open discussion on ERMs and CRM software packages that other engineering firms are using. Just looking for feedback on what people are using and why. Are they cloud based or installed locally? I am interested in programs that manage customer info, inventory, billing, estimating, quoting, service tickets, project management, time entries. Any recommendations?
