Hello everyone,
I'm new here, and I'm having some issues with the equations tool.
I have SolidWorks 2003 in windows XP. I'm using this older version because it's the one my colege got licence to.
I'm trying to use a simple equation, a rectangle that has a width with half the hight.
I'm following the steps in this tutorial:
Adding Equations in SolidWorks - YouTube
that uses some newer version, but the stps are praticly the same.
I've renamed the label's and have the equation syntax as:
"width@Sketch1" = "hight@Sketch1" / 2
as generated by selecting the measurments and using the virtual keyboard, like in that video.
With this I get the error: "The syntax of this equation is incorrect".
Can anyone tell me what's going on?
