Equalizing time for plug with known differential pressure

Let's say a plug was set in casing and then a known volume of fluid was filled above the plug. There is now a differential pressure across the packer.

How would one calculate the time for the hydrostatic pressure across the plug to equalize if the plug has equalizing ports of a known area?
