Epoxy vs Urethane for Bonding Aluminum

Both of these adhesives can be used for bonding aluminum, from what I have found. Does polyurethane have any advantages in vibration dampening/sound deadening compared to epoxy? The application would be bonding (laminating) two panels of aluminum for an automotive dash panel.
 
While it depends on the exact chemistry used*, polyurethanes tend to be more elastic than epoxies and should have reduced vibration transmission.

*It's a bit like asking: Which has higher yield strength, aluminum or steel? Generally steel, but it depends on the alloy and heat treating.
 
polyurethane has great advantages, but it doesn't bond to everything unless you have maybe a primer. Epoxies have the tendency to crack from vibration. But it really depends on the environment.
