Epoxy powders can be sticky when conditions become warm.
Generally the colder you can dry process and store them the better.
Have you noticed a difference in flow characteristics between summer & winter?
Other things to look for:
Has anyone recently changed anything in the product or process?
Is the powder cold when first placed in the silo?
Can the powder be made colder before storage in the silo?
