I am trying to desing some hetrostructur laser with InGaAs on InP substrate. I am novice and tryng to find the lattice constant, doping and thickness of the layers however with in these recent days I was not very successful. Is there anybody who have done this before and designing the solid state laser and can refer me to some references. I just do not know how to find the dopings and thicknesses, relaxations and ...
