I am looking for information regarding a recent update to EPA Part 280 (Underground Storage Tanks). I was told that Part 280.418 changed the testing requirements for USTs without leak detection systems from yearly tests to monthly tests. This was a recent change, July or August of this year but I can't seem to find any information regarding this. I can't seem to be able to get ahold of anyone directly at the EPA.
