End Block Detail for Skewed Prestressed AASHTO I-Girders

I am wondering, how are those end block of prestressed girders on skewed bridges are made and posttensioned? Is the face of the end block aligned with the angle of end diaphragm/backwall or still parallel with the axis of the girder? Any picture might also help, thanks!!
