Hi,
We have a question regarding former 35kV distribution line operating over isolated neutral graunding, this line we are now intend to transform to operate on 20kV with residual neutral grounding (80OHM), the line is build on iron towers. What should be the earthing resistance of this towers, 10OHM or is possible to be even higher acording this new standard EN 50423.
With best regards Johan
