Hello Everybody

Just seeking info on whether anybody out there know of some tin mills that use direct application of oil?

Also if I could be directed to a website explaining ESI and how temperature effects can be determined.

If by ESI you mean emulsion stability index then by asking just that phrase from the internet you may find a lot of articles dealing with the subject.
The same regarding colloidal mills. Good luck!
