emf interference with 3 TIG guns and 2.4 diameter laminations

Application:
Three Tig Weld guns at 120 degrees around 2.4 in diameter rotor laminations simultaneously welding

Are you currently doing it, or have you tried it unsuccessfully. Does grounding independently eliminate interference problems?
