Electronics Thermal Management courses and training opportunities

Looking for training opportunities to get up to speed on the current best practices in electronics thermal management design. With increasing heat dissipation and smaller package design requirements, we are running into challanges in this area and need to strengthen our knowledge and thermal design skills in the industrial electronics industry. Are there some good training courses that you could recommend? I know about the simulation tools such as Ansys IcePak but I was thinking it would be best to get up to speed on the current industry best practices in this field first.
