Hey guys and gals,

I was just wondering if anyone has used ABAQUS for electromagnetic analysis. I have a sliding contact model that I will be applying a voltage across to determine stresses, strains, deformations, magnetic forces, temperature changes, etc.

I know ANSYS can handle electromagnetic analysis fairly easily, but I'm really more comfortable with ABAQUS (seems to handle my nonlinearities better) and have developed the structural model in it and would like to continue using it for my coupled model.

Any comments, suggestions are welcome.
