Electro Static Discharge Testers

Anyone know of any published material on using electrostatic testers on aircraft? I'm interested in troubleshooting P static. I's like to see what's been done with quantitative measurements. Every unbonded surface isn't a necessarily a source of noise either (like window plugs).
