Electric motor wiring configuration

Can you please advise if this motor should be connected in star or delta. It is struggling to provide enough torque at startup. Once running it is fine. It is connected to three phase inverter. 50HZ region. I am still learning.

Yes - it can be wired for either one. (I know enough to read the label)

What voltage are you using?

I would look for start capacitors to see if they have failed.
