I have to make a quotation for an API Tank 620R NDT tests.
The tank has an E=1 shell wall thickness calculation.
Question
Does the Figure R2 -RT Examination Requirements consider an E=1 efficiency for shell thickness calculation?

Or, it is necessary RT 100% for vertical and horizontal buttwelds ?
(table 5-2?)
