EEHA Certification for Hazardous area

Dear members

In one of our offshore project works, there is a requirement
for E&I inspectors to have EEHA ( Electrical Equipment Hazardous Area) certification.Where can one get this certification especially in asia? Is there any certification examination or is it only training?
Any help will be appreciated

Look under ICBO. This is an international organization (publishing many codes) which many countries are adopting as their code enforcement.
