Eddy Current Testing For Surface Condenser Re-tube

Good afternoon all,

I had a general question regarding eddy current testing during a condenser re-tube project. We are replacing the condenser tubes on our 75 MW steam turbine due to age. I want to get an ECT test done but wasn't sure which stage I should do it in. Is it typical to get the tubes tested during fabrication or during installation? Also, is it typical to test all the tubes or just a percentage?
