Earthworks' Spreadsheets

as an old fashoned guy, not dependent on someone else writing a program for me that is unforgiving, I find it is quite easy to set up my own spreadsheet with one of the spreadsheet programs, such as Excel, and make it do what I want.
For earthwork calcs, it would seem not that difficult a job.
