EARTHING MATERIALS

Hi,

Have a couple of questions regarding earthing materials:

1. Am CAD welding 120sqmm insulated earth conductor riser to 38x3mm Tinned Copper Strip. The ground where the earthgrid is being installed is close to river and wet. Anyone have any knowledge of the best way to seal the exposed 120sqmm stranded conductor between CAD weld and the insulation of 120sqmm earth cable to prevent moisture ingress. Also how to seal any damage to the tinned copper strip during the CAD weld process.

2. A good pratcical earthing reference that explains installation conditions and materials?
