earthing armour,lead and Sheild of power cable

I found different articles about earthing of armour ,lead and sheild of power cable.I know that in single core power cable earthing from one side is prefered.what about 3core cabls(MV & LV),is it better to ground armor,lead and sheild in both side or one?approximate lenght of cables is 300m.
