Ear Type Lifting Lug Calculation - Allowable stress criteria

We have selected ASME B30.20 for the allowable stresses.

As per Clause 20-1.2.2 of B30.20, max. allowable stresses (tensile) must not exceed 1/3 of Sy.

How compress computes other max. allowable stresses such as, Shear, Bending, Bearing ? Also provide us the reference of the Allowable stress criteria used by compress for the said stresses.

We are using Compress: Build 7300.
