I have some old versions of E20 -II but you need to run it on a old computer. If you buy something from Carrier or at least pretend like you want to then your local Carrier representative might give you a free version of the newer windows based versions.
Isn't the "HAP" (hourly analysis program) the full-blown energy analysis software? You can probably get The EII-20 "Block Load" for about $400/yr vs. probably $1,000+ (US)for the HAP. Depends what you need it for I guess.
Depends on your location. Talk to the local Carrier representative. In some countries, they give it free to HVAC Consultants. But again, it's purely at the discretion of the local management.
