I try to locate a test-stand/torque-sensor with data links to test DC motor from 400 watt to 800 watt. Appreciate if someone can point where to get it.

The load simulation systems, including regulated brake and torquemeter, from well known manufacturers (Huco, Futek and Himmelstein maybe add to Magtrol) are very expensive. The thermal model based method of motor SOA testing maybe suggested. This method was designed by R.H.Welch Jr., well known motor designed and expert. You may contact him directly: (rhwelch@stthomas.edu).
