Duplicated Thread Standards

Any idea why these duplicate in the hole command? I renamed the source files just to confirm they weren't being read from a different folder.

I've also noticed in the past these standards somehow imprint themselves to a CATPART. Meaning, Ive used a standard, rev'ed up to a new release of V5, and before they were available I would open an old part and have access to them again. at the same time when FIle>new did not have them available. Any information how that info is saved on the file?

My guess was to check the Thread folder to see if the description was listed twice, but the screen grab shows that's not the situation. I'm stumped.
