Duplicate Values in A Query

I am trying to stop duplicates in a query. I have two tables. Both of them have an address which is the same. I have the relationship things going on with the lines from one table to another connecting the address fields. When I look at it in datasheet view it gives me so many duplicate records how can I stop this from happening.
