Can anyone suggest a valve manufacturer of duplex full bore Ansi150# and 300# flanged ball valves?

A number of Italian and other European manufacturer's make valves in this material. Pibiviesse is the one I'm most familiar with (

but they only make trunnion mounted valves - but VERY high quality. ABV is another manufacturer in Italy that actually has reasonable deliveries. There are worse places in the world to have to go to expedite an order...;-)

If you need it really fast (and expensive), you can try ICARUS in Belgium or MERWEDE in The Netherlands. Quickly made, high quality, but of course a premium price.

With this material, you have to be sure of the specification you impose. A good guide is the NORSOK MDS(D44 I believe) specification with which many European manufacturer's are very familiar and can easilly meet.

Yes you are right they do sell very high quality valves worldwide but where do you think they get some of them from...... It may be worth your while looking in to who is a re-seller and who is a manufacturer!

MERWEDE i would say do both!

After spending 3 weeks at the Pibiviesse plant this year alone I can attest that they are a manufacturer of trunnion mounted valves.

I have also visited ABV and they are a manufacturer as well.

The others, I have not visited so I can only go on what their sales offices tell me...

BTW, I've also bought and sold ALCO in the past as well, but you had already covered them...
