Dummy out-of-plane wall

I am doing a dynamic analysis of a steel mom frame building. There are several partition walls of CMU in the building. The connection of the wall is such the walls out of plane is resisted by the steel beams/diaphragm.

I would appreciate your input on how to model this wall.
