Why bypass supply to incomers have to be supplied from the same source?
For Dual Standalone UPS (against the Parallel redundant UPS), If the output of the UPS's have to be synchronized, Bypass Incoming source to both the UPS's should be same(synchronized).

One line is attached.

1) Why the bypass incoming supply to the both the UPS's to be same?
2) How does the output of both the UPS remains synchronized, even if the Main Incoming supply to the UPS's are different (not in sync)?
