Dual Monitor Problem

We use dual screens in our office, recently boss man buy new workstations but i have a problem. if i use only 23" monitor solidworks keep flicker does something weird. i update Graphic Card driver but still nothing.

My Workstations Specs:
DELL Precision M4800
8 Core 2,9 GHZ i7 İntel CPU
16GB RAM
2 GB K2100 Quadro Nvida Graphic Card
+
2 GB intel Graphic Card
Second Monitor : 23" DELL P2314H
