DTU 13.12: RFgles pour le calcul des fondations superficielles

This is a specific question for BigHarvey: is the following code the current one in France and is it in in compliance with the Eurocode 7?

DTU and Eurocode are used only for private contracts. All public contracts have their own codes and can also ask to follow Eurocode or DTU.
Lots of private contracts call for DTU 13-12 for shallow and 13-2 for deep. They are not in compliance with Eurocode and since they will disappear in the future, there is no revision to make them comply scheduled.
If you have to design shallow foundations, our national norm for application of Eurocode is NF-P 94-261 (june 2013).
