Does anyone know the simplest way of drying air? Is there any filter that guaranties a gas withou humidity or close to it (in the range of < 10 ppm).

I thank u all in advance for the time dispended

drsilva, Dryers come in four flavors, Deliquesant, Refrigerated, Dessicant, and Air membrane. For the filter variety, that's an air membrane.

Hope this helps.

Simplest way is to use solid bed adsorbers. These are typically small vertical vessels filled with a desicant material. At least two beds are required so that one can be regenerated whilst the other is in operation. Regeneration is carried out by passing a side stream of warmed air through the offline bed or by pressure swing (depressuring the bed so that water is driven off). These units can be bought as pre-assembled packages.

I agree with 121202 this is the process that guarantees your dryness. Filters and absorption bed with Molecular sieve can be used and hot nitrogen or NG can be used for regeneration.
