Dropout hanger

So i'm stuck at designing the dropout deraileur hanger. Dimensions and such.

Also, i'm not sure about making it detachable or as part of the dropout. it will be easier for me to make it as one but whats the general better practice.

It will be made out of titanium.

Most aluminum frames today have replaceable derailleur hangers and some titanium frames. The titanium frames that I know of that have them are Moots, Strong, and Titus. My Merlin didn't have a replaceable derialleur hanger. It's really only needed on aluminum frames because the bending induces cyclic stresses that cause the aluminum to fatigue thus resulting in frame failure.
