DRAWING STAIRCASE IN SOLID EDGE ST3

Hello Guys,
I am undertaking a project. This involves representing the entire oil terminal facility in which I work in 3D drawing. My main challenge has to do with drawing a spiral staircase around a horizontal storage tank. Can you please bail me out please!!!!
