Draw sheet of large assembly

All,

I have been trying to create a entire plan view of my die from v5 onto a drawing sheet. I can create the individual sub-assemlies no problem. If I load all of them together it blows me out of Catia or I get an error:

Error type= CATbase error
Error name= Null Handler
Error Number= 131073

Any solutions would be great. The model is about 650 Megs
