dragline bucket carry back

Hey everyone, we are having some problems with dragline bucket carry back.
We are currently running our back up bucket and it seems to have a different profile than our usual one (slope of the sides and back wall). This is is causing the frozen earth to stick to the friction heated bucket.

Has anyone ever tried using a lubricating agent on a dragline bucket?
