I want to download catia v5r17 for windows xp sp2(32 bit os). where can i find the link?
 
That's a pretty old release, and probably not available.

Contact the company you purchased CATIA from. They might have have a copy of this release.

If you need this specific release because your customer requires it, contact the customer to see if they can help you obtain this.
