I have a doubt in Batch conversion. We are running a batch conversion file to convert the stp files for the users. When i am trying to connect my machine from a remote machine it gives the error : client batch monitor cannot connect to "my asset id :.but i have checked everything.the batsrvmntr exe is running in my machine.the two machines are pinging perfectly with the ip address.my host is is correct.
however i am able to connect the remote machine to another machine where we are running the stp batch file.Awaiting your guidance.
