I would like to ask if you have example calculations for double tee?Or a good book (reference) about this

I already have PCI to begin with but I think i really need additional references on this

PCI design handbook provided a lot of sample calculations on this but didn't explain how they got the parameters of the double tee when they are already composite or already have toppings

Are you asking about I and S for the cross-section? They are usually listed in the supplier's literature for both topped and un-topped.

Double-Tees are designed by the supplier for the parameters you give to the supplier's engineer (like load and span) they will determine the reinforcing in the section.

Otherwise the PCI Handbook has just about everything you need in it check Chapter 4 there are a bunch of examples for service and strength checks.
