I have an embedded spreadsheet that I want to use to control relative positions of text and graphics symbols.

The print preview in the spreadsheet shows no lines, while the print preview and the print in SolidWorks DOES show the lines.

Does anybody know how to print an embedded spreadsheet with no lines? Even when selecting black & white printing, I get gray lines representing the grid of the spreadsheet.

Thanks,

Tim L

1)Open the spreadsheet in Excel.
2)LMB on print preview.
3)LMB on setup
4)Go to "Sheet" tab
5)Uncheck "Show gridlines" box and click OK
6)Close preview and save document

Thanks for trying to help. The problem wasn't that Excel was showing the gridlines, it was that SolidWorks WAS even though Excel wasn't.

I solved the problem by changing the fill on all the cells to white.
