Doghouse Storm Inlet

I'm searching for a detail of a storm inlet that will be placed on an existing 42 inch RCP. Contractor just wants to cut the top out of the pipe and brick up an inlet. Any help would be appreciated.

Check with local precast company. Most can fabricate to meet your constraints.
