Is it required to use code case 2901 to analyses the nozzle flange again if the nozzle external loading has been verified by Caeser II?

caper656 - my primary recommendation is to not set the design pressure equal to the rating pressure of the flange. Set it to what is appropriate.

Otherwise, stepping up a flange Class may be necessary.
