Does anyone know what is the static compression ratio of this engine ( Krupp Mak eight cylinders M601). I have looked at their manual but it is not there. If it is possible to send or show a thechnical paper saying it would be very appreciated.

an you measure chamber/piston crown/gasket and deck clearances and do the sums. I presume you have bore and stroke.
