Document has not been saved for the past 60 minutes 1

Is there a way to disable this or extend it out to several hours? I usually get it within ten minutes of beginning a new assembly. It comes back frequently, well before an hour has elapsed.

Tools->Options, System Options tab, Backup/Recover category, un-check the "Show Reminder..." box.
