Do they make self-priming vertical shaft centrifugal pumps?

I need one that can handle about 2100 gpm. And it will be submerged, but not in the liquid it will be pumping.
 
Usually, (as far as I know) these pumps have the option of adding a foot valve, which is basicly a strainer and a check valve in the suction of the pump, so pumps can be self-priming.
 
Only if it is pre-primed and the foot valve holds prime
and the lift doesn't exceed NPSHr.

By the way - submerged means below the surface level.
