I have received data from costumer with a "Close Surface" Pink isolated box.

I should send my surfaces in this format, but I do not know what does the pink isolated box means and from where it was created.

it is a volume... sort of a "solid", but made in GSD workbench.

You need the GSD AND GSO (Generative Shape Optimizer) licenses.
