Do I need a flange insulation kit between CS and 304/316?

Guys do I need to install a flange insulation kit at a spec break flange between CS and 304L/316L? The service is 5 psig, 110° F gas mixture of CO2, CH4, and H2S.

if you're worried about galvanic corrosion then the answer is no.
