If you were thinking of updating your DNVGL offshore standards library at your leisure (and for free), hard luck. As is the way with 'progress,' it will now cost (someone) to download the standards.

The ones I've checked are still available for free from the DNVGL website. Is this a change that has been announced but not implemented yet?
 
Which bit were you looking at??

some service specs are still free but most standards and RPs seem to need a subscription, at least for Oil and Gas
